One of the customizable fields available on CartX checkout is the notes.

Using this field, you can request a specific information from your customer, for example more details about the order, products or about his address. Or even some kind of message to send with the package.

To add this feature on your checkout, you just need to open the checkout editor and add a new section, in the position you prefer.



After the purchase, all the notes added by the customer will be available on the thank you page and will be included in the order details, inside CartX dashboard, at the right side.
